Q: What kind of photos do you take?

A: I specialize on creative, funny, sexy, commercial, event and sport photography, either indoor or outdoor, in your venue/apartment, or in my studio. Please check my Portfolio

 

Q: Do you take regular headshots?

A: Yes. Before the shoot, let me know what color backdrop you prefer ( black, white or gray) Please be prepared with makeup! If you require, I can apply a basic makeup for $50. I suggest you bring your job-related accessories with you, such as pen, laptop, product etc. Prices : Rate

Q: How can I pay?

A: I prefer a 50% deposit to hold your appointment. The deposit has to be paid in person in cash or Venmo or Cashapp or Western Union transfer. I will write you a receipt. Every shoot has to be confirmed with a written contract. I don’t accept deposit check by mail. I accept Western Union transfer from overseas 

 

Q: In case I have to cancel the appointment, do I get my deposit back?

A: No, but I’ll keep it as a credit for the next time. I don’t charge a cancellation fee

 

Q: What is the difference between "edited”and "retouched" images? Why do you charge extra for retouching?

A: During editing, the image itself can be fixed by adding more light, less light, or cutting the edges, etc. It takes about 1-2 minutes per images. No extra charge for edited image. During retouching, your whole body can be retouched, the skin problems can be removed, etc. It can take hours per image. 

 

Q: When can I get my photos?

A: Generally, within 2-3 days, it will depend upon how many photos I need to edit. I deliver them by Dropbox.

 

Q: Do you have insurance for your gear?

A: Yes, by Sony protection

 

Q: What will you bring with you when you come to my apartment? What do you need from me to get prepared?

A: I will bring a flashlight, and my lightings. I’ll need you to provide as much light as possible. Even if I go to a rented photo studio, I prefer to bring my own lightings

 

Q: What kind of dresses should i bring with me for the shoot?

A: Bring as many as you want, we'll see what we can use. I have many dresses and accesories too

 

Q. I want makeup. Can You do it for me?

A: I can do you a basic makeup for $50 extra. If you prefer your own makeup, please be prepared before you come.

 

Q: How many people can you see in your Studio?

A: My studio is relatively small (8x8 ft. plus the floor), so no more than 2 persons can be photographed at the same time.

 

Q: What is the atmosphere in your studio?

A: Very friendly, private, and clean ( shoeless). Lots of natural light. You're always welcome to a snack, or a glass of wine.

 

Q: What kind of camera do you use?

A: Sony a7 ii. I use 5 different lenses for different purposes 

- 30 mm, f3.5 macro lense for close face, indoor images. Ideal for food photography too

- 16 mm, f2.8 Wide angle lense for distorted, funny images.

- 70-200mm, f2.8 lense for almost everything, even in low light, indoor, outdoor, sport. 

- 24-240 mm, f3.5 for outdoor photos in daylight 

- 50 mm, f1/8 for lowlight 

 

Q: I'd like to keep my photos private. I don't want you to share them. Is that possible?

A: Yes. I don’t share them without your approval.
